The Facts:
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Kevin Boss took a shot to the head after catching a 29-yard catch from Matt Cassel in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. Boss was falling down when he was hit in the back of the head by the Bills' Da'Norris Searcy's forearm. The veteran tight end stayed down for a few minutes before he walked off the field on his own. Boss sat on the bench before being escorted to the locker room. He did not return.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Still waiting for an update on Boss' condition. Safe to assume that he's undergone a battery of concussion-related tests given the nature of the injury.
