Chargers TE Dante Rosario Catches 2 TD Passes; Exits with Calf Injury
(9/16 4:24 PT)

The Facts:
With Antonio Gates sidelined with a rib injury, tight end Dante Rosario caught two first quarter touchdown passes from Philip Rivers before exiting the game with a calf injury. His return is questionable.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
It's unlikely that Rosario was in many fantasy lineups this week, but his one-quarter, two score outing was a nice outing if you happened to start him. San Diego will rotate veteran TE Randy McMichael and 2012 fourth-round pick Ladarius Green for the rest of the game with both Gates and Rosario out. Green is considered to be Gates' eventual successor. His first catch was a beautiful run-and-catch on a 31-yard play to setup a field goal early in the second quarter. None are viable fantasy starters unless Gates misses time.
