Bills RB C.J. Spiller Injures Shoulder; Out for Rest of Game
(9/23 12:56 PT)

The Facts:
Bills running back C.J. Spiller has left the game with a shoulder injury. Spiller caught a short pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick that he turned into a 25-yard gain before he was tackled by Browns defensive end Usama Young. Young brought Spiller down on his left shoulder and it was immediately clear that the second-year back was in significant pain. He was helped off the field and is out for the remainder of the game. Tashard Choice takes over for Spiller in Buffalo's backfield.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Spiller's injury is a buzz kill for the Bills offense and fantasy owners alike. While Fred Jackson appears to be making a rapid recovery from the knee injury he sustained in Week 1, his availability for Week 4 is far from certain. Tashard Choice is the next man up for Buffalo and will likely be a hot waiver wire add this coming week. Johnny White is behind Choice and could be in the mix for carries. Depending on the Spiller's prognosis and the timetable for Jackson's return, Buffalo could be looking at free-agent options to bolster the backfield.
