As expected, San Diego Charger tight end Antonio Gates is active for Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Gates returned to full practice after sitting out last week with rib injury. While the Atlanta Falcons have limited opposing TEs to an average of 8.0 Fantasy points per game in the early going, Gates is a favorite target of Philip Rivers and should be in your lineup. Side Note: Gates is three catches away from 600 career receptions.
