The Facts:
Tennessee Titans tight end Jared Cook injured his shoulder on the final drive of the second quarter when he went down hard on a 7-yard catch. He was spotted on the sideline in the second half without shoulder pads. Tennessee provided no further update on his condition. Cook had four catches for 77 yards and a touchdown on the day.
