The Facts:
Following up on a
previous itema source close to the Dolphins told beat writer Ben Volin that Reggie Bush's left knee injury is "nothing season-ending" however the team is concerned that the running back may miss several games. Miami has road games against the Arizona Cardinals and Cincinnati Bengals, and the St Louis Rams at home leading up to their Week 7 bye. The injury isn't the first to Bush's left knee. In 2007, Bush tore a PCL and in 2008, he sprained the MCL and tore the meniscus. Bush will undergo additional tests on Monday.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
We'll keep you posted on additional information about Bush's prognosis as it becomes available. In the meantime, expect the Dolphins to hold Bush out until after the team returns from their Week 7 bye. As we said yesterday, Miami will use a rotation of second-year back Daniel Thomas and rookie Lamar Miller. Both make suitable waiver wire pickups heading into Week 4--though the match-up with the Arizona Cardinals is far from ideal.
