The Facts:
Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker injured his shoulder on a hard hit by Houston safety Glover Quin. Locker was taken to the locker room for X-rays. Matt Hasselbeck replaced him. Though Titans official statement is that Locker is questionable to return, he appeared on the sidelines in the second quarter.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Locker separated his left shoulder in the season opener, and it looks like it could have popped out again. We'll keep you updated on his status.
