Forte will be a game-time decision to play against the Dallas Cowboys on "Monday Night Football," coach Lovie Smith said Monday morning. "It's a game-time decision for Matt. He's made a lot of progress," Smith said on WBBM-AM 780. "We'll get over to the stadium, see how he does then and decide." Reported by ESPN.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Forte left a Sept. 13 loss to the Green Bay Packers with a sprained ankle and then missed last week's victory over the St. Louis Rams. He participated in Saturday's workout after being limited in practice the previous three days. If Forte can't play, Michael Bush, who took a hit to the shoulder against the Rams, is expected to start in his place. Stay tuned. More as game time draws nearer.
