Giants running back Andre Brown was shaken up on a kickoff return and has left the game with a possible head injury. He is questionable to return.

We'll keep you posted on Brown's status, but lets's face it, 'head injury' is code word for a concussion. Will be interesting to see if Tom Coughlin gives rookie back David Wilson an opportunity to spell Ahmad Bradshaw.
