The Facts:
Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III left Sunday's game with a head injury. Griffin sustained the injury on a big hit by Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherspoon. He remained on the turf, face down for a few minutes before heading to the sideline. Trainers escorted him to the locker room shortly thereafter. The team described him as 'shaken' and listed his status as 'questionable' to return. With veteran Rex Grossman inactive for Week 5, rookie quarterback Kirk Cousins will replace RGIII.

We'll keep you posted on RGIII's condition as more information becomes available, however it's clear that his day is done. Griffin III's availability for Week 6 is up-in-the-air if he is confirmed to have a concussion.
