The Facts:
Miami Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas left Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals with a head injury. Thomas was injured in the fourth quarter on a helmet-to-helmet hit by Bengals linebacker Ray Maualuga. He left the field on his own power. Thomas carried the ball 10 times for 29 yards, including a 1-yard touchdown.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
If the head injury is confirmed to be a concussion, it will be Thomas' second this season. He was knocked out the Dolphins' season opener against the Texans with a concussion and sat out Week 2. He will be subject to the NFL's concussion protocol before he can be cleared to play. Miami could be more cautious with him this time around. Rookie running back Lamar Miller would back up Reggie Bush in Thomas' absence.
