The Facts:
Minnesota Vikings rookie safety Harrison Smith was ejected for making contact with an official in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Titans. Smith was engaged in some jawing and shoving with Tennessee wideout Nate Washington after Matt Hasselbeck was picked off by Antoine Winfield. The official stepped in between the two players and shoved Smith away from Washington. Smith then put his hands on the official and tried to push him out of the way to continue going at it with Washington. He was penalized 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct and tossed from the game.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Hard to imagine the NFL will let Smith off the hook for his bad behavior. A fine is likely; a suspension is also possible. Smith's ejection left the Vikings thin in the secondary.
