previous item, an independent neurologist has cleared Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III to return to practice on Wednesday.He has not yet been cleared for contact. A team source confirms Griffin passed cardio and agility tests, along with baseline tests that are part of the NFL-mandated concussion protocol. Griffin will be evaluated after each practice. As long as he remains symptom free, the rookie signal-caller will be cleared to play in Washington's Week 6 tilt with the Minnesota Vikings.
