The Facts:
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant had a busy Sunday. First he got into a fisticuffs with Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy following a punt return that resulted in a personal foul penalty and a sideline talking to by head coach Jason Garrett. Bryant took a helmet-to-helmet hit in the third quarter that required him to undergo concussion tests on the sidelines. He returned to the game and dropped a Tony Romo pass in the end zone in the fourth quarter that would have been good for a 15-yard touchdown had he held on. Bryant called for pass interference to no avail. He finished the day with two catches for 14 yards on three targets.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Bryant's fantasy owners probably wish that he had taken the day off to rest his sore groin after a decidedly underwhelming on-field performance against the Carolina Panthers. The lackluster performance could have been salvaged if he had hung onto the ball in the end zone, but it wasn't meant to be. We'll keep our eyes and ears open for news about Dez's groin and any side effects from the hit to the head that may impact his availability for Week 8.
