The Facts:
Houston Texans running back Ben Tate sustained a hamstring injury in the fourth quarter of the Sunday's blow out win over the Baltimore Ravens. Head coach Gary Kubiak said Tate's injury was the "team's biggest concern." Tate has been limited by a nagging toe injury that surfaced after the season opener. He compiled 47 yards on 10 carries in Week 7.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Tate is generally considered the league's best No. 2 running backs. He the football equivalent of "Foster-care" insurance to his team as well as fantasy owners who invested an early first-round pick on Arian Foster. Tate's toe injury has put a damper on his value as a flex option for non-Foster owners that hoped to use him in favorable match-ups. The silver lining in Tate's latest injury is that Houston has a Week 8 bye. If Tate isn't ready for Week 9, then Justin Forsett would backup Foster when the Texans take on the Buffalo Bills at home.
