The Facts:
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Brady Quinn left the team's Week 8 game against the Oakland Raiders with a head injury. Quinn sustained the injury in the second quarter. He completed two passes for eight yards, rushed for 18 yards and threw a pick prior to his exit. Matt Cassel replaced Quinn under center. Quinn is questionable to return.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Quinn won a bye-week QB competition over Cassel according to Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel, however it looks like his turn as starter is short-lived. Head injury typically means "concussion" and we expect Quinn will undergo the usual protocols before he can return to practice. Kansas City could be between a rock and a hard place today if anything should happen to Cassel. Third-stringer Ricky Stanzi was a game day inactive.
