The Facts:
Following up on a previous item, soon-to-be former San Diego Chargers kicker Nate Kaeding passed his team physical after a lingering groin injury. The Chargers put Kaeding on season-ending injured reserve to make room on the roster for wide receiver Danario Alexander. Kaeding is expected to hit waivers sometime Tuesday.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter
