According to Indianapolis Star staffer Phillip B. Wilson, Fleener will miss at least two weeks with a shoulder injury suffered in last week’s win over the Tennessee Titans.

Fleener suffered a partial dislocation of his left shoulder during the game. Fellow rookie Dwayne Allen gets a slight bump on the news -- but that doesn't move him into front-line Fantasy status. That said, with bye weeks ongoing, Allen is certainly a viable bye-week filler.
