The Facts:
Philadelphia Eagles downgraded wide receiver Jason Avant from doubtful to out at the start of the second half. Avant tweaked his hamstring after dropping a beautiful pass from rookie quarterback Nick Foles.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter

In addition to his receiving duties, Avant was listed as the emergency QB for the Eagles with Trent Edwards inactive for today's game.
