The Facts:
Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez became the first tight end in NFL history to reach and then eclipse the century touchdown mark. Moreover, he is one of only eight players to achieve 100 or more career receiving touchdowns. The seemingly ageless veteran caught 11 balls for 122 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. Gonzalez's 101 touchdown receptions moved him ahead of former Oakland Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown and Seattle Seahawks Hall-of-Fame wideout Steve Largent for sole possession of sixth place on the all-time receiving touchdowns list.
