The Facts:
The Buffalo Bills announced Monday that veteran running back Fred Jackson has been diagnosed with a concussion after a late hit in Sunday's Week 10 loss to the New England Patriots. Chan Gailey said Jackson was undergoing additional evaluation to determine the extent of his injury. Jackson has been ruled out for Thursday night's home game versus the Miami Dolphins. C.J. Spiller will get the start with Tashard Choice as the No. 2.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The concussion diagnosis isn't a surprise and neither is Buffalo's early decision to rule out Jackson for Week 11. We'll keep you posted on Jackson's status as he moves through the league's concussion protocols and his availability for Week 12. In the meantime, Jackson's absence boosts Spiller's fantasy value to a must-start. While Miami has one of the better run defenses, they aren't shut down and can be beat by pass-catching, dynamic backs like Spiller. It's time for the Bills to stop talking about increasing C.J.'s touches and get on with the business of making it happen.
