The Facts:
Vick did not appear at practice on Wednesday but according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, HC Andy Reid has not ruled Vick out for this weekend despite saying on Monday he suffered a "significant concussion."

After Vick's concussion on Sunday, it has been widely assumed that Nick Foles will start at quarterback for the Eagles against the Redskins. And even though Reid isn't willing to rule Vick out yet (and even though the coach also said Vick's headaches have subsided), it still seems unlikely the veteran will play. But stay tuned. We'll be following up through resolution.
