The Facts:
Pittsburgh Steelers running back Isaac Redman had one carry for five yards before he was forced out of Sunday's game early in the second quarter with a head injury. He was evaluated for a concussion and immediately ruled out for the rest of the game. Quarterback Byron Leftwich was Pittsburgh's leading rusher at the end of the first half after rumbling 31 yards for a touchdown 41 seconds into the first quarter. Rashard Mendenhall and Jonathan Dwyer went on to combine for 88 rushing yards on 24 carries and another 43 yards in the air on six grabs.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Redman will be on the clock to get medically cleared in time for the Steelers' Week 12 road game against the Cleveland Browns. The concussion is the latest setback for Redman, who had a groin injury in the preseason, then missed Weeks 7 and 8 following an ankle injury sustained in a Week 6 loss to the Titans. He had a breakout game in Week 9 against the Giants, carrying the ball 26 times for 147 yards and a touchdown. It looks like Redman could be the odd-man out in the Steelers backfield, so if you are tweaking your roster for a playoff run, you should be able to cut him without too much risk in all but the deepest leagues.
