The Facts:
The Denver Broncos administered an on-field concussion test to quarterback Peyton Manning late in the first half of Sunday's 17-9 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Manning threw an 18-yard touchdown pass to tight end Jacob Tamme 18 seconds before half time. He hit the back of his head against the turf when he fell to the ground after being knocked over by Chiefs' lineman Tyson Jackson. The Broncos medical staff cleared Manning to play and he didn't miss a snap. He also had X-rays taken later as a precaution.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Remember way back in the summer when much of the conversation revolved around how Manning's neck would hold up after repeated contact from opposing defenses? So far, so good. Despite the Chiefs dismal 1-9 record heading into Week 12, Manning and the Broncos didn't blow them away as many predicted. In fact, Manning & Co. looked flat early on. He finished the day 22-of-37 for 285 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Denver hosts the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home in Week 13.
