The Facts:
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson left in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings with a hamstring injury. Nelson came up limping after making a 10-yard catch. His return is questionable.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter
