The Facts:
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey confirmed that wide receiver Cecil Shorts sustained a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Buffalo Bills. Shorts took a blow to the head late in the fourth quarter shortly after catching his seventh touchdown of the year. He finished the day with seven catches for 77 yards on 12 targets, including the score.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Shorts is the real deal—a waiver wire gift that keeps on giving. Fantasy owners are hard pressed to keep him on the bench, as he regularly outproduces higher profile receivers. Once labeled a better start in PPR formats, Shorts' knack for finding the end zone makes him usable in non-PPR leagues as well. He leads all Jaguars with seven touchdowns. Shorts will be put through the paces with the NFL's concussion protocols heading into next week's matchup against the New York Jets. Fingers-crossed he's cleared in time for Week 14--and the start of the fantasy playoffs for many leagues.
