The Facts:
Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said wide receiver Jordy Nelson would be "hardpressed" to suit up for Sunday's Week 14 matchup against the Detroit Lions. McCarthy also revealed that Nelson tweaked the hamstring during warmups last Sunday, but thought he could play through it. Green Bay won't make a final determination about Nelson's status until later in the week when they see what,if anything, he can do in practice.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
While we give Nelson props for attempting to tough it out last week, from a fantasy standpoint it downright stinks to find out he aggravated the hamstring before kickoff. We doubt many fantasy owners that he burned with a 0.00 would be in a hurry to start him coming off a hamstring injury anyway, and it sounds unlikely the Packers will rush him back. If your fantasy team is alive in Week 14, Greg Jennings, James Jones, and Randall Cobb should pick up the slack in Nelson's absence. Check the waiver wire to see if Jones is available. He may have been cut by fantasy owners anticipating a reduction in targets with Jennings' return to the lineup.
