Colts' Andrew Luck sets franchise record for rookie passing yards in comeback win over Titans
(12/9 8:8 PT)

The Facts:
While it wasn't the best performance of Andrew Luck's young pro career, it was good enough to break Peyton Manning's franchise record for passing yards by a rookie and lead the Indianapolis Colts to a 27-23 win over the Tennessee Titans. Luck completed 16-of-34 passes for 196 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. He now has 3,792 passing yards, second only to Carolina Panthers' Cam Newton(4,051). It was the sixth, fourth-quarter comeback engineered by the former Stanford Cardinal standout this season. The 9-4 Colts are 8-1 in one-possession games.  Reported by Allie Fontana on Twitter

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
While his "real" football achievements are to be congratulated, fantasy owners who started Luck in one of the most important week's in fantasy football are no doubt disappointed by his underwhelming numbers. It was Luck's lowest passing yardage total since his 186-yard outing in Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns and his second-worst fantasy day (7 points in ESPN standard leagues) since a five-point performance on the road against the New York Jets in Week 6. What makes Luck's down day especially disappointing is that it came against the Titans--the NFL's No. 26-ranked pass defense that has yielded multiple touchdown passes in nine of 12 games this season. If you rolled with Luck and make it through to the next round of the fantasy playoffs, his Week 15 matchup is far less favorable. Luck and the Colts travel to Houston to take on the Texans.
