The candidates are, per Eskin, Penn State coach Bill O’Brien, Falcons offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter (who is
already scheduled to interview with the club), 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman, Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians, and Oregon coach Chip Kelly. All six candidates are offensive coaches. They also are all white, which means that under the Rooney Rule the Eagles will have to interview at least one minority candidate. Which will move the list to at least six candidates. ... Stay tuned.
