Jordy Nelson Says There's No Doubt He'll Play
(1/3 3:52 PT)

The Facts:
Following up on a previous item. ... HC Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that the team’s medical staff still had some doubts that Nelson’s knee would be well enough to allow him to play on Saturday night against the Vikings. Nelson progressed to a full practice on Thursday, though, and said after the session that he does not share the doubts about his status. Nelson said he had “none whatsoever” and said he plans to be in the lineup for Green Bay’s playoff opener. Reported by Profootballtalk.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Remember: Randall Cobb also practiced in full for the Packers, which sets the team up to be healthier at wideout than they’ve been since the very start of the season. Cobb, Nelson, Greg Jennings and James Jones all look ready to go and Nelson’s excited about it. “We’re excited about it and hopefully we can go out and perform well, make a lot of plays and play a few games together,” Nelson said, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “That’s what you want. You want to be at full strength going into the playoffs and I think we’re as healthy as we can be. ...” As PFT's Josh Alper notes, the Packers will release their official injury report for the game on Friday, but it sounds like it will be a surprise if Nelson is listed as anything other than probable for the game.
