Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Keim has spent 14 years with the Cardinals, rising from regional scout to his current role, which he took on last May. Keim coordinated the college and pro scouting departments and assisted former General Manager Rod Graves in contract negotiations. Graves and Coach Ken Whisenhunt were fired last week, and Keim has been assisting team President Michael Bidwill in the search for a new coach. Keim played guard at North Carolina State and was named all-Atlantic Coast Conference twice. After a brief stint in pro football, Keim retired to North Carolina State as assistant strength and conditioning coach. He joined the Cardinals in 1999 and was promoted to the director of college scouting in 2006 and player personnel director in 2008.
