Garrett Graham Was Concussed; TE Limited Wednesday
(1/9 5:13 PT)

The Facts:
Following up on an item in this week's Team Notes. ... Graham suffered a concussion on Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Texans confirmed in their injury report on Wednesday. Graham was limited in Wednesday's practice but could play Sunday against the Patriots if he passes league concussion testing protocols. Reported by HoustonTexans.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Graham was hit hard in the helmet by Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict late in the fourth quarter of the Texans’ 19-13 Wild Card victory over Cincinnati. He suffered another concussion earlier this season on Dec. 2 at Tennessee and missed the following game, which was the Texans’ 42-14 loss at New England. Graham practiced all week that week but was not cleared for the game and did not travel with the team to Foxboro. The fact that Graham practiced on Wednesday is an encouraging sign for his potential availability for Sunday. His presence on the field is key to the Texans’ offensive versatility with TE Owen Daniels and fullback James Casey. ... Stay tuned. More as the week progresses.
