Dez Bryant's Surgery A Success; Should Be Ready For Camp
(1/10 12:3 PT)

The Facts:
The surgery Bryant put off until the end of the season, occurred Tuesday morning. The Cowboys’ wide receiver had a successful procedure that will likely keep him out for parts of the offseason conditioning program. Reported by DallasCowobys.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Obviously, the Cowboys won’t rush Bryant back this summer, but DallasCowboys.com staffer Nick Eatman reports the hope is he will be 100 percent ready for training camp in late July, if not sooner for a possible June mini-camp. Also worth noting, Bryant couldn’t finish the regular-season finale against the Redskins after sustaining a back injury that included spasms. He had to be helped off the field and even needed assistance going to the team charter on the return flight, in which he sat up in first class, normally used for coaches and front-office personnel. Bryant spent last Monday in the hospital after returning from Washington, but no structural damage was found. ... Fantasy owners will obviously be looking for a healthy Bryant to build on his breakout 2012 season.
