The Facts:
Lynch missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a foot injury, putting his availability for Sunday’s playoff game against the Falcons in doubt. There is now no doubt. Lynch practiced on a limited basis on Friday, and coach Pete Carroll said that Lynch will play.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Specifically, Carroll said Lynch looked fine. It’s as unclear whether Lynch’s availability will be limited as it was that he even injured the foot in the first place. He showed no signs of injury during the 24-14 win over the Redskins. But the Seahawks tend to go easy on Lynch during practices throughout the season in an effort to preserve him. We suspect this is more of the same. That said, the foot is a fairly important for a running back. As PFT's Mike suggests, if Lynch is slowed at all by the injury, it’ll mean more opportunities for rookie Robert Turbin and more pressure on quarterback Russell Wilson.
