The Facts:
New Jaguars coach Gus Bradley’s going with what he knows, hiring University of Miami offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch for the same job on his new staff, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Hours after agreeing to terms with Fisch, the Jaguars had an agreement with Chicago Bears linebackers coach Bob Babich to be the defensive coordinator.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Fisch and Bradley worked together with the Seahawks in 2010, before Fisch left his quarterbacks coach job to return to college. Now, if the Jaguars can recruit a quarterback, they’ll be well on their way to improvement. ... Babich was the head coach at North Dakota State for six years (1997-2002) and Bradley was on the staff the entire time as the Bison’s defensive coordinator. Babich spent the last nine years with the Bears, including three years as defensive coordinator (2007-09). He returned to a position coach role when the team hired Rod Marinelli as coordinator.
