Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Glazer stressed the deal was coming whether or not the Falcons advanced to the Super Bowl, which won't happen this year after Sunday's loss to the 49ers in the NFC Championship game. Still, Ryan has the full confidence of this organization. His 56-22 regular-season record includes a 13-3 mark in 2012, a campaign that saw Ryan play at an MVP level for much of the year. Ryan's set to make $10 million in the final year of his contract in 2013. Assuming he gets paid at the same level as the league's other elite QBs, a $100 million deal would seem to be in order. ... Meanwhile, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Ryan sprained the AC joint in his left shoulder during Sunday's loss to San Francisco. More on that as developments warrant.
