The Facts:
In trying to play to Locker's strengths, OC Dowell Loggains even admits that the Titans will look at the things Russell Wilson and Robert Griffin III had success as rookies and will keep an open mind toward incorporating an element or two of that into their own system. Not that the Titans are headed toward running the read option, but Loggains said those quarterbacks' success will be studied by him this off-season. “We’re going to do just like every team in the league and look at clubs like Seattle and Washington. We’re still very early in the process of building this offense, but we’re definitely gonna look at all that stuff, just like every team in the NFL is gonna do,” Loggains said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As NFP and TitanInsider staffer Terry McCormick suggested, the Titans will probably go as far as Locker can develop and take them in what shapes up as a make or break year for many in the organization in 2013. The Titans made staff changes in order to bring out the best in players like Chris Johnson, Kenny Britt and Jared Cook (provided he doesn't depart in free agency) next season to help their young QB. McCormick went on to point out that one of Locker's best strengths is rolling out and throwing on the run or taking off when the play breaks down. But the team will need to find a balance between taking advantage of his playmaking ability and putting Locker, who missed five games last year with a separated shoulder, at risk of missing more time.
