Buehler, 26, played for the Cowboys from 2009-11. He was a kickoff specialist, recording 60 touchbacks in 36 games played. He also was the field-goal and extra-point kicker in 2010, connecting on 24 of 32 field goals with a long of 53 yards. Buehler was released by the Cowboys last March, after finishing the 2011 season on injured reserve, and did not play in the NFL in 2012. Tynes just completed a five-year extension, awarded in 2008 after the team's Super Bowl XLII championship. Tynes, 34, has twice kicked the Giants to the Super Bowl with overtime field goals in the NFC Championship Game.
