Bills Continue Talks With Eric Moulds
(3/2 10:3 PT)

The Facts:
Moulds, who turned down the team's request to take a cut in pay earlier this week, could still be let go by 4 p.m. today as NFL teams work on their salary caps while positioning themselves for the start of free agency on Friday. But the Bills and Moulds' representative resumed talking on Wednesday, and today the team will mull over a counterproposal. Reported by the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Lack of a collective bargaining agreement extension is complicating matters. If an extension is reached, the NFL cap is expected to exceed $100 million, making it much easier for Buffalo to live with Moulds' figures. "Maybe they are waiting for that Hail Mary," said Greg Johnson, Moulds' personal adviser, who stressed again that Moulds won't take any sort of pay reduction.
