The Facts:
The Jaguars tendered contract offers to four restricted free agents Thursday, including receiver Cortez Hankton, running back LaBrandon Toefield and tight end George Wrighster. Starting guard Vince Manuwai was the fourth players tendered.

Wrighster caught 13 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns last season; Hankton played in five games and finished with three receptions for 15 yards; Toefield was inactive much of the season, giving way to Greg Jones and rookies Alvin Pearman and Derrick Wimbush. But Toefield started the final game of the regular season against Tennessee and ran 25 times for 102 yards and a score.
