The Facts:
Givens, who turns 26 in August, has most likely played his last game for the Patriots. He was a restricted free agent a year ago, and the Patriots were able to keep him by tendering him a $1.43 million salary in 2005. Despite missing three straight games in November with a knee injury, Givens caught a career-high 59 passes for 738 yards, second on the team to Deion Branch.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
A seventh-round draft choice in 2002 out of Notre Dame, where he was trapped in a prehistoric offense that shrouded rather than showcased his talents, Givens' stock has risen rapidly in recent seasons. And for a player whose rookie signing bonus was a paltry $19,000, this is his best chance to hit the jackpot.
