Per McClain, the Eagles targeted Casey early and didn't want him to make another visit. He's already in Philly. Casey can play fullback or tight end in Chip Kelly's new offense. Casey had the best season of his four-year career in 2012, with 34 catches for 330 yards and three touchdowns. The Texans hoped to sign him to a new contract but the Eagles landed him instead.
