"You know, for me, it was an initial shock because I had no clue that I was going to be traded," Boldin told ESPN producer Ashly Robinson, who is traveling with Boldin in Africa along with Larry Fitzgerald and Roddy White.

Boldin learned about the trade via congratulatory text messages when he got off the plane in Africa. He took the high road on Twitter, saying goodbye to the Ravens' fan base. Of course, it could be worse. He's going from a Super Bowl Championship team to what's almost certainly a Super Bowl contender again this year.
