Jones was not tendered by the Bills. The receiver has battled injuries and an undisclosed medical condition that he’s had since college and cropped up again late in 2012 (he missed the final three games last year). He saw specialists in New York at the end of the year and did have a new course of treatment for his condition moving forward. Jones is coming off his best season in a Bills uniform. He finished the year with 41 receptions for 443 yards with 4 touchdowns in 2012. Overall in his three seasons with the Bills, Jones has 82 catches for 887 yards and 6 TDs. Jones joins Danny Amendola and Brandon Lloyd as the three receivers currently under contract in New England.
