That also includes a minimum value of $27 million over the first three years.

As PFT's Darin Gantt points out, that’s a great deal for a wideout who will turn 30 in September, except for one thing: The Packers offered him more. ... Remember, the Packers offered a deal worth “roughly $10 million a year,” according to Jason Wilde of ESPNWisconsin.com. That offer was made “a while ago,” according to Wilde, or as Gantt added: "More accurately, at a time when Jennings thought he could do better. ..." Instead, Jennings comes in with an average per year of $9.5 million. We can think of worse outcomes.
