FOXSports.com has learned that the Jets and Pennington have finally agreed to a new restructured deal to remain with the New York Jets. The deal has not yet been signed but has been agreed upon.

According to FOXSports insider Jay Glazer, he'll now get $3 million in guaranteed salary and can earn back the remaining $6 million in play time incentives.
