NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported a week ago that the Oakland Raiders are interested in Winslow now that his knee is in better shape than it was last season. Appearing on "NFL AM" on Monday, Winslow revealed that he's also heard from the Cleveland Browns and Carolina Panthers.
