Hixon, an unrestricted free agent, has been an underrated receiver for the Giants since they picked him up off waivers in 2007. Able to play special teams, Hixon bounced back from two consecutive ACL surgeries and finished a solid, if unspectacular showing as the team's third receiver. He would provide depth behind Denarius Moore, Rod Streater and Jacoby Ford (assuming he's fully recovered from last season's foot injury). ... Stay tuned.
