Alexander is a restricted free-agent. He was the last gem unearthed by GM A.J. Smith. A promising player whose career was derailed by knee injuries, he came on big with the Chargers with seven touchdown receptions in the second half. All indications are the Chargers will be looking to match any offer, so it'll be interesting to see if anybody else even makes an effort.
