Jennings signed with the Raiders on Thursday in a move that reunites him with offensive coordinator Greg Olson and gives him an opportunity to re-establish himself as a reliable backup. Jennings, 28, averaged only 2.8 yards rushing for the Jacksonville Jaguars last season in his bounce-back from a knee injury that sidelined him for all of the 2011 season. He averaged 5.2 and 5.5. yards, respectively, in his first two NFL seasons. The Raiders are hopeful that Jennings can fill the void created by the departure of Mike Goodson in free agency and serve as a complement to lead back Darren McFadden.
